MCET LEVEL 1 is suitable for trainees and people are interested in the creative therapeutic approach
Each workshop and training program will have different learning outcomes, formats, and schedules.
It often combines deep self-exploration and healing, calligraphy practice and creative mindfulness practice, MCET theoretical input, experiential exercises, and reflective group discussions.
A one-week retreat that focuses on the art of Mindful Living -Zen Mindfulness Self-Discovery Retreat in China near Buddhist Mount The group size is limited to 12 people. In addition to the usual suggestions of what to bring for this unique retreat, please also bring wet weather clothing, a sun hat and sunscreen, and swimming clothes)Please be aware: all retreatants refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol or consuming drugs. In this one-week retreat, we will follow a vegetarian diet.
Retreat program: daily meditation, tea ceremony, mindful walk, mindful eating and relaxation, Chinese calligraphy practice, group healing work, incense making and incense ritual, rice planting or harvesting depending on the season, mindful swimming in an infinity outdoor spring water pool, etc. All participants are asked to stay the whole week to support the stability and collective energy of mindfulness.
