I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Accredited Psychotherapist, and Mindfulness Teacher. My work integrates Eastern philosophy with Western psychology, offering an inclusive, holistic approach to therapy for clients from all walks of life.
With over nine years of clinical experience and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, I also hold Master’s degrees in both Art and Science. I continue to train in integrative medicine, believing deeply in the power of combining human wisdom, neuroscience, and psychology to support healing and transformation.
